With more than 20 years experience as an astrologer, in 1982 Sandy Hughes co-founded Universal Search, the Main-land BC branch of the Fraternity for Canadian Astrologers and served as president for its first three years. In 1985 she organised the FCA's first national astrology conference, Northern Lights, and has organised a number of conferences and symposia since. A penetrating and erudite writer, Ms Hughes has been published in a number of astrology anthologies and has run telephone astrology sessions on both radio and TV.
